What if I bid and don't win?
You only lose up to $5 per Bid Credit — never $50–100 like other platforms charge for leads. If you don't win, you don't owe anything else.
What is the Match Fee?
The Match Fee is a flat fee charged to the contractor when the homeowner awards the bid — $49 on Free, $19 on Plus, $9 on Pro. One fee per win, no matter the job size or number of milestones. Nothing upfront, nothing on bids you lose.
What is the Secure Payment Fee?
Secure Payment Fee — $5.99 per milestone payment after the first milestone, covering secure payment processing.
Is there a monthly subscription?
Never on the Free plan. No subscription, no hidden fees, nothing to cancel. Plus and Pro are optional paid plans for contractors who bid at higher volume.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Plus and Pro plans, yes — credits roll over and never expire, including any credits you purchase. On the Free plan, credits reset every 30 days and do not roll over. Purchased credits on the Free plan are also lost on reset. Upgrading to Plus or Pro keeps all your credits safe.
How is this different from Angi or HomeAdvisor?
They charge $15–100 per lead whether you win or not. We charge up to $5 to bid and a flat Match Fee only when you win — $9 on Pro. On a $5,000 job that's $9 vs potentially $500+ in lead fees with no guarantee.
