All contractors who use our platform are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of Home Bidders Hub in any manner.

Home Bidders Hub does not screen, endorse, certify, or guarantee any contractor. While we display self-reported license numbers, we do not independently verify their accuracy, currency, or scope. Homeowners must verify contractor licenses directly with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) at cslb.ca.gov before engaging any contractor.

Under California Business and Professions Code § 7028, it is a misdemeanor for an unlicensed person to perform or contract to perform work for which a contractor's license is required when the aggregate price exceeds $500.

Home Bidders Hub assumes no liability for: (a) the quality, safety, or legality of any work performed; (b) property damage or personal injury; (c) contractor non-performance or disputes; (d) financial loss of any kind arising from platform use.

By using this platform, you agree that your sole recourse for any dispute is against the contractor directly, not Home Bidders Hub.
